Certificate of Election of Delegates and Alternates to Council 2009 (Word file) - Due by March 31, 2008
Parish Audit Booklet (PDF) - Due by August 31 of each year
2008 Voluntary Proportionate Giving (VPG) Form (PDF) - Due by Dec. 15, 2007

Failure to file some of these documents can cause your parish to be denied seat, voice, and vote at Council.
