The General Church Canons also provide in Title I, canon 7, that trustees may not alienate real property without written consent of the Bishop and the Standing Committee and that all real and personal property held by a Parish is held in trust for the church and the Diocese.

Outreach
Our Diocesan Outreach Committee
Our Outreach Committee is called to represent the love of Christ to those in human need through the allocation of funds to support individual and communal health and growth. Grants are made to nonprofit groups which are not funded through the regular diocesan budget process.
Bishop Marmion Resource Center (BMRC)
Jesus said to "Go and teach," and one of our diocese's goals is to speak the faith and increase understanding through teaching and education.
