Concerning: Site of Council

Whereas the 86th Council of the Episcopal Diocese of Southwestern Virginia by its resolution #1 requested the Executive Board to entertain and consider invitations from any local parish, convocation or group of parishes to host Council in 2007 or later, if it could be demonstrated that adequate facilities and services could be provided at comparable cost to existing facilities; and
