Clergy, delegates, alternates, and all interested parishioners are asked to attend the 2008 Convocation meetings.

Publications will be sent to clergy, delegates, and alternates via email in advance of the meeting, and printed copies will be available at the meeting.

According to diocesan Canon 24, convocations meet at least three times prior to each annual Council.
