Registration

Registration for Council is done primarily online between November 21 January 12. After January 12, delegates, alternates, and visitors may register at the On-Site Registration table at Council. There is an additional charge of $25 for those who register on-site.

Registration is also available for Children @ Council, Youth @ Council , and Young Adults @ Council programs.

There are two types of registration for delegates, alternates, and visitors to Council: Full and Partial.

Full Registration is for:

  • canonically resident clergy
  • non-canonical clergy who are in charge of congregations
  • lay delegates and alternates named on Certificates of Election
  • visitors to all of Council (ie. those who will be attending all three meals)

Partial registration is for:

It is up to each parish and its delegates and alternates to determine who will complete the registration form. Please check with your clergy, parish office, and lay delegates and alternates to determine who will be completing registrations and making payment.

Remember that Canon 1 states:

  • The reasonable expenses of clerical delegates to Council shall be paid by the congregation or organization they represent. (Canon 1, section 4)
  • The reasonable expenses of lay delegates and alternates to Council shall be paid by the parish whom they represent. (Canon 1, section 7)
