Each parish is required to have the following reports and forms on file at Evans House prior to the beginning of the 2008 Council:

• 2008 VPG--due by December 15, 2007
• Certificate of Election to Council 2008--due by March 31, 2007
• Parish Audit for the year ending Dec. 31 2006--due by August 31, 2007
• Parochial Report for the year ending Dec. 31 2006--due by January 25, 2007

Each of the above documents was due at Evans House well in advance of Council. Parishes with missing reports and forms may be denied seat, voice, and vote at Council. Diocesan staff members work with parishes throughout the year to assist with the required paperwork. All necessary forms are available in the Diocesan Business section of this Web site.
