In addition to participating in the business of the annual Council of the Diocese, delegates and alternates to Council are expected to:

• read carefully all materials mailed to them concerning the convocation meetings held prior to Council so that they are prepared to represent their parishes responsibly
• attend their convocation's spring meeting, Fall Mission Day, and January meeting
• communicate with their parishes about these meetings
